To facilitate the work of ISA leaders during the epidemic period, the temporary working certificates (dormitory pass) are now enable for effect. The principles on using the certificates are as follows:
1. The certificates have on them the holder’s personal info and photo, and can be used only by the holder himself/herself.
2. The certificates are of two colors. The blue ones provide no clearance for entry or exit of the dormitory on principle. The red ones provides the clearance on basis of working need.
3. The red certificate holders should forwardly show the certificates to the security, explain the cause of entry or exit, and respect the management.
4. The red certificate holders can only move between the three dormitory buildings. Leaving the dormitory area is forbidden.
5. There are totally 6 red certificates. The holder in B building doesn’t need to exit the dormitory given the current situation. The other 5 holders (1 in PG, 4 in A building) can exert the clearance in case of distributing protective equipment, assisting food and goods delivery and so on.
6. The holders are all students leader who should be examples of cooperating with the management, wearing masks properly, and avoiding possible close contact with people from outside.
为促进疫情防控期间的学生工作，特启用三峡大学国际学生联合会（ISA）工作证件，使用原则如下：
留学生会工作证上有学生个人信息和照片，仅供本人使用
证件分为红色和蓝色，原则上蓝色无出入公寓权限，红色在有工作需要时有出入公寓权限
持红色证件出入公寓时需主动出示证件，解释出入原因，并尊重服从公寓管理
持红色证件出公寓后仅允许在三栋公寓之间走动，严禁离开公寓区域
目前有6个红色证件，其中B栋女生1个，暂无出入需求；5个男生，其中研究生楼1个，A栋4个。出入的原因包括派发防护物资、协助送餐、物资调运等，不允许因私人原因出入
所有持证学生干部需带头服从管理，正确佩戴口罩，避免与校外人员接触
