In accordance with the relevant requirements of the university on the prevention and control of novel coronavirus infection, the teaching arrangement of international students (including undergraduates and postgraduates) is hereby notified as follows：
1. Academic work of international students in spring semester
All international students shall strictly abide by the relevant regulations of the university. Students on campus shall strictly follow the instruction and students who are not on campus shall not return to the university without official approval. The specific opening date of the school will be notified on the English website and other relevant channels. International students (including undergraduates and postgraduates) should keep close contact with the counselors, supervisors and other relevant leaders and teachers, and should pay attention to the relevant information and notification of the University and college, and arrange the study, scientific research and dissertation properly.
(1) Spring semester registration. After the university determines the opening date, it will be notified in advance.
(2) Course selection and teaching arrangement in spring semester. The opening date of the spring semester will be informed after confirmation from authorities. The starting date of the courses indicated in the original schedule shall be postponed accordingly and will be notified in advance.
2. Related work about internship
For international students who have already returned to their own countries, as long as they meet the internship requirements and all the courses are qualified, in principle, they can start internship in their home countries after obtaining consent from their college. In principle, the application of former students for returning to CTGU for internship shall not be accepted under the current circumstance.
The internship and practice of international students on campus shall follow the instructions of each relevant college according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control from authorities.
3. Related work about graduation and degree application
The international students (including undergraduates and postgraduates) who are about to graduate in spring semester 2020 shall make full use of this time to prepare, finish and improve their degree dissertation (or graduation design) through a strengthened contact with their supervisors through internet and telephone.
The graduating students shall strictly follow the instruction of their supervisors and teachers from the relevant college and pay a close attention to the University and college notice and announcement.
