1. The opening date of 2020 spring semester will be postponed due to the current outbreak of the new coronavirus. The specific opening date will be decided and announced later based on the development of the prevention and control of the new coronavirus. All students should keep yourselves informed of the official notices and should not return in advance;

2. For students staying on campus, you are required to follow all instructions of the Chinese government and university. Do not leave dormitory unless you have to. Do not gather. Avoid close contact with people. Stay healthy and ventilate your rooms. Pay attention to your medical condition and report instantly to your teacher when necessary. Do not create or pass on rumors. There are notifications published recently on infection prevention and protective measures which you can find on dormitory bulletin board or see attached below.    

3. For students who went outside Yichang lately, you are required to report and practice quarantine (i.e. medical separation) by yourself (for those who visited non-epidemic cities) or in university hotel (for those who visited epidemic cities). During the quarantine period, please read and follow Instruction Letter on Separation Disciplines.(See attached below)

4. University hospital opens during vacation time. You can go there during working hours and call them at the following numbers. University phone number: 6392149 for lunch time and night time, 6392147 for working hours.

5. University opens the canteen in Xinyuan (near L building) during vacation time. Serving time: breakfast 7:30-11:00, lunch 11:00-13:00, supper 5:00-7:00. If you don't have food card or balance, you can use alipay or wechatpay with the help of the staff. (you use their card after transferring amounts to their wechat or alipay)
