关于2020年5月9日HSK考试相关事宜的通知

各相关学院：

按照汉考国际相关安排，我校拟举办5月9日的HSK考试，现将有关事项通知如下。

1.对于已报名参加原定4月11日HSK考试的考生：

（1）如果在中国境内且预计能够参加5月9日在三峡大学举办的考试，请考生登录汉语考试服务网→个人中心→考试记录自行操作申请缓考，缓考申请截止日期为4月12日。

（2）操作有疑问的考生请联系网页右侧的在线客服，提供相关信息和截图，以便于查询更改。

（3）请注意，如果5月9日考试如期举行，对于申请了缓考但未参加考试的考生，汉考国际将不予退费；如果5月9日的考试因疫情等不可抗力取消，汉考国际将根据考生要求办理退费或者缓考。

（4）4月12日申请截止后，对于已报名参加4月11日HSK考试但未申请缓考参加5月9日考试的考生，汉考国际将在统计之后办理全额退款至原支付账户。

2.对于未报名参加原定4月11日HSK考试的我校学生：

可报名参加5月9日的HSK考试，报名截止日期为4月12日，欢迎大家报考。

Notice on Registering for HSK Test in CTGU on May 9^th, 2020

April 2^nd, 2020

Dear international students，  

According to the Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban), China Three Gorges University (CTGU) will organize the HSK test on May 9^th in CTGU Test Center. Please pay attention to the following issues.

1.For the students who have registered for the HSK test originally on April 11^th:

(1)Ifyou are in China and able to attend the test on May 9^th in CTGU, please follow the instruction as below for the HSK test on May 9^th. Please complete the application before the deadline of April 12^th.

(2)For any questions, please contact the online customer service on the right side of the webpage shown as below.

(3)You are kindly reminded that Hanban will NOT refund your money if you missed the test on May 9^th if you have registered to attend and the test is held on time. However, if the test is cancelled because of the force majeure such the COVID-19, Hanban will refund your money or reserve your test qualification to take the next test according to your application.

(4)After the application deadline (April 12^th), for those who have registered the HSK test originally on April 11^th and have NOT applied to attend the HSK test on May 9^th, Hanban will refund your money afterwards accordingly.

2.For the students who have NOT registered for the HSK test originally on April 11^th:

You are welcome to register for the HSK test on May 9^th, 2020 and the deadline of new registration and payment is also April 12^th.
