Prof. Thomas Ramsey is an Associate Professor of English in the School of Foreign Studies, and a senior researcher of CTGU Nepal.

Research Center at China Three Gorges University. When he is not busy in the classroom helping students to improve, or assisting with the CTGU Nepal Research Center, he is busy as a PhD Research Assistant proofreading academic papers for submission to Academic SCI journals. He also supports the university and the city of Yichang by participating in helping to produce quality videos to reflect the proper image of China and CTGU to the rest of the world. He truly loves his work at CTGU!

托马斯·拉姆齐现任三峡大学外国语学院英语副教授，同时担任三峡大学尼泊尔研究中心高级研究员。他深耕英语教育与国际学术合作领域，兼具丰富的教学经验与跨文化研究能力，致力于推动中外学术交流与人才培养。

在教学中，拉姆齐教授注重培养学生的语言实践能力与批判性思维，其课堂以互动性强、内容前沿而广受学生好评。他始终以“激发学生潜能”为核心目标，通过创新教学方法帮助学生在学术与职业发展中取得突破。除教学外，他还积极参与学术支持工作，为多本SCI期刊提供论文润色与校对服务，助力提升中国学者的国际学术影响力。

作为尼泊尔研究中心的核心成员，拉姆齐教授协同团队开展南亚区域研究，促进三峡大学与尼泊尔高校及科研机构的合作。此外，他主动投身于宜昌城市形象与国际传播建设，通过策划制作多语种外宣视频，向全球展示真实、立体的中国地方文化与发展成就。
