Recruitment for International Research Assistant
at Nepal Research Center of China Three Gorges University
为促进教育部国别与区域研究备案基地三峡大学尼泊尔研究中心的智库建设，加强中尼学术交流，本中心现面向全校公开招聘一名尼泊尔籍在校留学生担任科研助理。我们诚挚欢迎有志于促进中尼友好关系、对南亚研究感兴趣的尼泊尔同学加入我们的团队。
To promote the think tank development of the Nepal Research Center (NRC) of China Three Gorges University (CTGU) and enhance China-Nepal academic exchanges, the Center is now openly recruiting a Nepalese international student enrolled at CTGU to serve as a Research Assistant. We sincerely welcome Nepalese students who are passionate about fostering China-Nepal friendship and interested in South Asian studies to join our team.
一、岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities:
1. 协助中心进行日常管理服务工作。
Assist in the daily management and service work of the Center.
2. 协助开展与尼泊尔及南亚国家相关的研究项目、资料翻译与整理工作。
Assist in research projects related to Nepal and other South Asian countries, including data translation and organization.
3. 写作并协助维护中心与尼泊尔及南亚国家相关机构的通讯与联系。
Draft correspondence and assist in maintaining communication and connections between the Center and relevant institutions in Nepal and other South Asian countries.
4. 协助参与接待来访的南亚各国学者与嘉宾。
Assist in receiving and hosting visiting scholars and guests from South Asian countries.
二、应聘要求 / Qualifications:
1. 三峡大学在读的尼泊尔籍留学生，专业不限，能保证稳定的工作时间。
Currently enrolled as an international student at CTGU (any major), able to guarantee stable working hours.
2. 沟通流利，具备良好的中文及英文读写能力。
Fluent in communication, with good reading and writing skills in both Chinese and English.
3. 对尼泊尔及南亚区域研究有浓厚兴趣，了解中尼文化交流与合作者优先。
Strong interest in Nepal and South Asian regional studies; prior knowledge of China-Nepal cultural exchanges and cooperation is preferred.
4. 工作认真负责，具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
Responsible, diligent, with good communication skills and a team-oriented spirit.
三、待遇与福利 / Remuneration and Benefits:
1. 本岗位为勤工助学性质，按照三峡大学科研助理聘用及学生勤工助学相关规定执行。
This position is considered a work-study role, governed by CTGU's regulations for research assistant appointments and student work-study programs.
2. 中心将根据工作表现及学院经费预算，按月提供一定的津贴补助。
The NRC will provide a monthly stipend based on performance and the available budget of the school.
3. 提供宝贵的在高校智库工作的实践经验，深入了解中国学术机构的运作。
Gain valuable practical experience working in a university-based think tank and deepen your understanding of the operations of Chinese academic institutions.
4. 有机会参与中心组织的各类学术活动，与国内外知名学者交流。
Opportunity to participate in various academic activities organized by the Center and interact with renowned scholars from China and abroad.
