根据西陵区疫情防控指挥部要求，为做好防控工作，控制疫情扩散，切实保障我校留学生身体健康和生命安全，现通告如下：

According to the direction of the prevention and control committee of the government, the decision on seal-off of international students’ dormitory is hereby announced to enhance prevention and control of the coronavirus spread and effectively protect the health and security of our students.

1.留学生公寓（A栋、B栋、研究生楼）从2月2日零时起实行全封闭管理，留学生公寓不得进出。留学生如有特殊情况必须外出，须报请所在学院同意，返回时须在公寓入口处接受体温检测后经允许方可进入。若有违反封闭管理者，将按相关规定予以严处。

1. International students' dormitories (building A, B and PG) shall be sealed off from 00:00am, February 2nd. Students are forbidden to enter or exit during seal-off. For exceptional cases, a student can leave the dormitory after getting permission from his/her college and re-enter after taking temperature.Anyone who violates the seal-off decision shall be punished.

2.留学生公寓所需物资由后勤集团负责配送（原则上每日集中配送1次）。费用由学生自理。

2. The necessities such as cooking ingredients will be delivered by the logistics department on a daily basis. Students can place orders and make payment without leaving the dormitory.For details please read the instruction attached below.

3.解封时间另行通告。请同学们配合支持。

3. The time for removing the seal-off shall be announced in further notices. The authority expects and requires all students to fully cooperate with the decision.
